Job Description
Job Summary Gina Mullen Realty Group — a top 1% nationally ranked real estate team — is looking for a highly driven, people-obsessed Recruiter to help us grow our team by attracting top real estate agent talent. This is not a passive HR role. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven sales position where you will be on the phones, in meetings, and in the community every single day telling our story, selling our vision, and getting talented agents excited about joining our team. You don't need a real estate license. You don't need to know the MLS. What you need is an unstoppable work ethic, a love for people, and a proven ability to recruit, persuade, and close. What You'll Do Prospecting & Outreach Proactively identify, source, and reach out to licensed real estate agents through calls, texts, emails, social media, and in-person networking Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective agent candidates at all times Consistently hit daily and weekly outreach activity targets Relationship Building & Value Presentation Clearly and compellingly communicate the Gina Mullen Realty Group value proposition — our tools, technology, coaching, benefits, income potential, and culture Educate prospective agents on PLACE's technology platform and how it transforms an agent's business Build genuine relationships with candidates over time, nurturing them from first contact to committed interest

What You'll Be Measured On Track all recruiting activity and candidate status in a CRM Follow up consistently and strategically with all prospects in the pipeline Overcome objections and keep candidates engaged throughout the process Move qualified, interested candidates through the process to a scheduled interview appointment with team owner Gina Mullen Prepare candidates ahead of their interview so they arrive informed and excited Coordinate scheduling and ensure a seamless handoff to Gina for final interviews Meet weekly with Gina to review pipeline activity, progress toward hiring goals, and strategy Provide clear reporting on outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health Continuously refine messaging and approach based on feedback and resultsWhat We're Looking For Proven experience in recruiting, sales, talent acquisition, or a high-volume people-facing role Exceptional communication skills — on the phone, in person, and in writing Relentlessly driven, self-motivated, and hungry to hit goals Comfortable with high-volume outreach and not afraid of rejection Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail CRM experience and ability to manage a pipeline professionally Positive, energetic personality that makes people want to say yes Experience recruiting in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or a commission-based industry Familiarity with real estate agent culture and pain points Social media savviness for sourcing and outreach Number of outreach contacts per week Number of recruiting conversations held Number of qualified appointments set with Gina Number of agents hired Retention of recruited agents at 90 days and 6 months Bonus will be earned per agent hired and additionally on recruited agent's monthly production.Pay:
$40,000.00- $48,000.
