Job details Summary Spherion $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Temporary 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM Industry human resources (Management Occupations) Reference number S_176775 Job details We are currently supporting a massive client ramp-up and have a bold mission: to recruit, hire, and onboard around 300 warehouse and manufacturing professionals by the end of August. This isn't your average, slow-moving corporate recruiting gig. This is a high-octane, fast-moving sprint where your hustle directly impacts growth. Responsibilities:
Own the
Pipeline:
Fast-track candidates through the funnel for various light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing roles. Source Like a

Utilize job boards, social media, local networks, and creative sourcing strategies to keep a steady stream of applicants coming in.
High-Speed Screening:
Conduct efficient phone screens to assess reliability, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate & Onboard:
Manage interview scheduling, facilitate offers, and coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless day-one experience. Partner for
Success:
Work closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to keep them updated on pipeline health and hiring metrics.

Prior experience recruiting specifically for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics roles.
Agency or Staffing Background:
Experience working in a fast-casual staffing agency or high-growth corporate recruitment environment.
Advanced Sourcing Tools:
Familiarity with high-volume sourcing tools, resume databases (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), and SMS/text recruiting platforms (e.g., TextUs, Sense).
Local Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the local labor market and geographic trends for industrial talent in the Waco area.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High-Volume Track Record:
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience successfully managing high-volume recruiting cycles (delivering high-headcount hiring classes under tight deadlines).
ATS Proficiency:
Hands-on experience navigating and managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain clean, accurate, and compliant candidate data.
High-Speed Screening & Sourcing:
Proven ability to effectively source, cold-call, and screen a high volume of candidates daily while maintaining quality.
Time Management & Agility:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment.
Communication:
