We're looking for an outgoing, driven Talent Acquisition & Retention Associatewho is passionate about building strong talent pipelines and creating memorable employee experiences that fuel engagement and retention. This is more than a recruiting role. You'll play a critical part in shaping our culture, strengthening our brand, and helping our people thrive. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition & Campus Engagement Lead full-cycle recruiting for accounting interns, from sourcing to offer Support hiring across departments, partnering with leadership on growth needs Build strong relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations Plan and execute career fairs, info sessions, and recruiting events Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs Employee Engagement & Retention Collaborate with HR to conduct stay interviews, analyze turnover data, and identify trends Develop and implement initiatives that drive engagement, belonging, and retention Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee experience Culture & Event Strategy Plan and execute company-wide events (holiday celebrations, appreciation days, volunteer events, etc.) Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and communications Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and storytelling What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of recruiting experience (professional services preferred) Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience planning and executing events of varying scale Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel to college campuses Experience with events or campus recruiting a plus
