Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at ZB Designs. This role is focused on recruiting and administration needs to support our rapidly growing production workforce. You'll spend much of your day sourcing candidates, making calls, and coordinating interviews to ensure we bring in the talent needed to keep up with demand. What You'll Do:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for entry-level production workers and other high-volume roles. Make a large volume of daily outbound calls to connect with applicants and potential candidates. Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in screening junior roles. Post and maintain job ads across multiple platforms to attract a steady pipeline of talent. Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring events, and support onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to the Operations Manager and HR team. Onboard new hires Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced and high-intensity recruiting environment .

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required). Prior recruiting or call center experience a plus but not required. Must be comfortable with high call volumes and repetitive outreach. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Comfortable working with entry-level candidates and building rapport quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
