Pay:

DOE Work Schedule:

Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries to appropriate parties Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications for job orders/posts Source and recruit candidates by using internal software, databases, social media, job board sites, job fairs, referrals, etc. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews as appropriate Conduct interviews using the YES Certified Staffing Process and selection tools/methods to filter candidates for open positions Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and aptitudes Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and clients; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications Efficiently and effectively fill open positions; extend employment offers to qualified candidates Complete all new hire paperwork and pre-screenings with candidates who meet the expectation of the job, including, but not limited to; E-Verify, background checks, drug screens, skills testing Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated with YES and client company Regularly communicate and meet with client representatives, acting as the main point of contact and building influential and client relationships Correct client-employee placement dissatisfactions by removing the employee from the job assignment and onboarding a quality replacement Monitor and apply HR recruiting regulations and best practices Promote company's reputation as "best place to work" by asking for Reviews and Employee Referrals from job seekers and existing employees Actively recruit through assisting with in-bound calls, sending mass text messages to candidate pool, and eagerly assisting active candidates that come through our doors Support recruiting and placement efforts by identifying candidates and communicate job details, requirements, scheduled interviews, onboarding requirements, start dates, etc. Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees Utilize and maintain proper documentation and information storage procedures Attend to all other duties as assigned

Recruiter Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• 1-3 years recruiting experience
• Positive, outgoing, can-do attitude
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Team-player mentality
• Close attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office products; Word and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a strongly preferred

Recruiter Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Customer-facing position that requires regular and consistent in-person attendance Support office needs during regular business hours; Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Additional support to clients and on-site offices outside of regular business hours may be required Regular use of phone and email for communication is essential. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected Light physical activity. Some work outdoors when visiting sites or facilities, otherwise the job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods of sitting while using a computer or other devices are common. No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force may be required. Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment.
