Recruiter 455 24th Street, Ogden, UT 84401 From $23 an hour - Full-time From $23 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our vibrant human resources team! The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff, with a primary focus on nurses and home health aides. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to attract, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals in compliance with federal and state regulations across multiple states. The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting in healthcare settings (home health, hospital systems, long-term care, or similar environments) and understands licensure requirements, credentialing, and urgency-driven staffing models. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for RNs, LPNs, HHAs, CNAs, therapists, and administrative staff. Develop and execute recruitment strategies specific to healthcare labor markets. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry platforms. Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with clinical leadership. Maintain an active pipeline of licensed and certified healthcare professionals. Verify licensure status through applicable state boards Partner with HR to ensure background checks, OIG exclusions, drug screens, and I-9 documentation are completed timely. Understand multi-state onboarding requirements for healthcare workers. Experience 3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare. Demonstrated experience hiring nurses, aides, or other licensed clinical staff. Working knowledge of healthcare credentialing requirements. Experience recruiting in regulated environments. Excellent interviewing skills combined with a deep understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
