Corporate Recruiter Performance Windows | Pleasant Grove, UT | Onsite About Performance Windows Performance Windows is one of the fastest-growing home services companies in the country, with $150M in annual revenue, 35 offices across 15 states, and still expanding. We plan to open 5-10 additional offices this year alone. That growth only works if we're bringing the right people in consistently and at scale. That's where you come in. The Opportunity We're looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Corporate Recruiter to own our full hiring pipeline across 35+ offices nationwide. This role is equal parts people person and process operator. You'll be the face candidates see on daily live webinars, the voice that screens and excites top applicants, and the system that keeps every open role organized and moving. A background in door-to-door or in-home sales isn't just a nice-to-have, it's what will make you exceptional at recruiting for our sales-driven culture. What You'll Do
APPLICANT TRACKING & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
Own and manage the ATS (applicant tracking system) from top of funnel to offer from screening, scheduling, communications, and disposition Maintain a real-time view of the hiring pipeline across all open roles and offices Handle no-show management and candidate re-engagement to keep pipelines healthy Track recruiting analytics and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
JOB ADVERTISING & INDEED MANAGEMENT
Manage Indeed ad spend and job postings across 35+ offices nationwide Write, update, and optimize job listings to attract qualified candidates in each market Monitor performance and adjust spend and targeting to maximize applicant quality
LIVE WEBINARS & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
Host daily live recruiting webinars Monday through Friday, 45 minutes to an hour each Deliver a compelling, consistent presentation of the company, culture, and opportunity to prospective candidates Engage candidates on camera with confidence, energy, and professionalism
INTERVIEW OVERSIGHT
Oversee one-on-one and individual interviews to ensure SOPs are followed consistently by local managers Partner with hiring managers across markets to align on candidate quality and expectations Continuously improve the interview and onboarding experience as the company scales What We're Looking For Background in door-to-door or in-home sales. You understand our culture because you've lived it Comfortable and confident on camera, hosting live presentations to groups of candidates daily Extremely detail-oriented — you don't let candidates, notes, or follow-ups fall through the cracks Experience managing an ATS and owning a recruiting pipeline end-to-end Familiarity with Indeed ad management and job posting optimization preferred Self-directed and organized enough to manage volume across 35+ locations simultaneously Prior recruiting experience preferred; high-growth or multi-location company experience is a strong plus This Role Is Not For Someone Who Is uncomfortable being on camera or presenting to groups every single day Prefers slow, process-heavy corporate recruiting environments Struggles to stay organized when managing high applicant volume across multiple markets Has no frame of reference for sales culture or what makes a strong sales hire Needs rigid structure and a predictable day — volume and pace will vary Why This Role You'll own recruiting for one of the fastest-growing home services companies in the country and set the tone for the first impression of our company. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
