Job Description
The Role We are looking for a high-output, high-judgment Recruiter who can own full-cycle hiring for volume roles while maintaining a sharp eye for quality. This role is execution-focused. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and closing candidates at scale. At the same time, you must be able to assess talent with discernment, protect culture, and make strong hiring recommendations. Experience hiring for corporate or specialized roles is a plus. While the primary responsibility will center on volume hiring, we value recruiters who can flex into more strategic or senior-level searches as needed. This role has a clear growth path into leadership for the right person. What You'll Own Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions Resume screening with speed and sound judgment Conducting structured phone and video interviews Assessing candidates for skill, culture alignment, and long-term potential Managing candidate pipelines and interview coordination Driving time-to-fill while protecting quality-of-hire Partnering with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and hiring profiles Maintaining accurate tracking and reporting within the ATS Delivering a strong, professional candidate experience What Success Looks Like Consistent hiring against headcount targets Strong candidate quality with low early turnover Clear, confident hiring recommendations Efficient pipelines with minimal stagnation High responsiveness and communication with stakeholders Ownership mentality around hiring outcomes Ideal Background 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Proven experience hiring for volume roles Experience hiring for corporate or professional roles is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Leadership Potential (Preferred) Experience mentoring, training, or leading others Demonstrated ownership beyond assigned responsibilities Desire to grow into a Talent Lead or Recruiting Manager role Ability to think in systems, not just transactions Competencies Strong screening judgment Clear, confident communication Organized and process-oriented High urgency with attention to detail Data-aware and metrics-driven Emotionally intelligent and culturally aware Why This Role Matters Hiring is leverage.
