Job Description

Description The Recruiter owns full-cycle hiring across Tagg-N-Go's locations in a high-volume, high-turnover environment. The focus is quality of hire — putting people in front of managers who will stay and perform, not just fill a shift. This role keeps every site staffed and the pipeline moving, and partners directly with Site and District Managers to support fast, confident hiring decisions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Positive and approachable — genuinely enjoys meeting new people and connecting by listening and learning about them. Target-driven and persistent — treats open roles like a number that has to move, and doesn't let candidates fall through the cracks. Thinks like an operator, not just a recruiter — cares about whether the people they hire actually stick and perform, not just whether the seat got filled. Fast without being careless — can work a high-volume funnel and still make good judgment calls on fit. Strong communicator and negotiator — clear and confident in writing, on the phone, and face to face, with good instincts for selling the role honestly and closing the candidate. Relationship builder — earns trust with hiring managers and candidates alike. Highly organized under pressure — manages many open roles and candidates at once without losing track, missing deadlines, or dropping the detail work. Proactive and independent — takes initiative and owns outcomes without waiting to be told.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Own the hiring process end to end — sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and the handoff into onboarding. You keep candidates moving and you don't let good people sit in a queue.

Fit, Not Just Availability:
Screen and interview for the behaviors that predict someone will stay and succeed — tied to our Core Values, not just whether they can start Monday. You're the filter that protects the team.
Manager Partnership:
Work directly with Site Managers and District Managers to understand what each location actually needs, build accurate job descriptions and criteria, and help them make confident hiring decisions quickly.
Process Speed:
Remove the delays and wait states that cost us candidates — fast scheduling, fast follow-up, fast decisions. You own the clock from application to offer.
Candidate Experience:
Communicate clearly and respectfully with every candidate, selected or not. How we treat people in the process is how they'll talk about us in their community. Sourcing Beyond the
Inbox:
Represent Tagg-N-Go at job fairs and recruiting events, and build local pipelines in the markets where we hire.
Compliance:
Keep our hiring practices clean and compliant with federal, state, and local employment law. Requirements
