Compensation:
$25-$28 per hour (based on experience) Abundant Dental Care is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across both clinical and non-clinical positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Support employer branding and outreach initiatives. Provide timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow in Talent Acquisition.
