This is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and placing top talent with our clients. What You'll Own Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates & hiring managers Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent Conduct candidate screenings and interviews Negotiate employment offers and close placements Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the X3 brand Search resume databases and proactively recruit passive talent Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Execute weekly outreach campaigns via email and text Conduct reference checks Assist with onboarding new hires Support timecard processes alongside Accounting Coordinate talent with active and upcoming work orders Contribute to X3's culture, energy, and values What Makes You a Fit 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (full-cycle preferred) Strong understanding of sourcing, screening & closing techniques Background in staffing, call centers, office management, or related field Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws Highly organized with strong time management skills Natural relationship builder Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ownership mindset — accountable, competitive, driven Fluent in English & Spanish Why X3?
