The Line of Business Lead serves as the primary strategic liaison between Americas Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition leadership and the Global Amazon Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing organization. This high-visibility role drives conversion optimization for critical hiring needs—translating Stores' most challenging talent priorities into data-driven marketing strategies and measurable hiring outcomes. You'll own defining marketing strategy and priorities for Stores, then partner with TA and marketing stakeholders to execute concrete plans that deliver results. This requires learning the nuances across diverse business lines—from Amazon.com and Prime to Fresh, Whole Foods Market, Amazon Style, Pharmacy, and One Medical—while managing multiple senior stakeholders and earning trust across the organization. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence will be critical as you support thousands of recruiters hiring across these varied business units. Key job responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Client Relationship Management o Act as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned Stores Talent Acquisition leadership, building strong relationships with recruiting leaders from Senior Managers through Directors and VPs and own all planning workstreams for Stores and One Medical marketing. o Serve as the "face" of the marketing organization to TA partners, ensuring alignment between marketing capabilities and hiring priorities. Engage and connect the relevant Talent marketing team members with TA stakeholders when necessary to ensure efficiency o Partner closely with the One Medical TA team to leverage awareness campaigns and positive brand perception for conversion-focused initiatives o Establish and maintain regular rhythm of business cadence including weekly syncs, monthly business reviews (MBRs), and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) o Translate complex recruiting challenges into actionable marketing strategies that drive consideration and conversion Data-Driven Planning & Prioritization o Implement mechanisms to gather comprehensive inputs about TA hiring needs o Analyze hiring data to identify priority roles based on difficulty-to-hire metrics and business impact o Develop and validate hiring priorities with LOB TA leaders (PMO and leadership) to ensure strategic alignment o Build detailed annual and quarterly roadmaps with built-in flexibility for business shifts and emerging priorities Campaign Strategy & Execution (Conversion Focus) o Partner with in-house talent marketing teams across regions (NA and LATAM) and agency partners to deliver the hiring priorities o Develop and execute conversion-focused recruitment marketing campaigns that move candidates from awareness to quality application and onsite inclined o Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, manage project timelines, and provide clear feedback to partner team to ensure most effective efforts o Monitor and continuously optimize campaign performance against conversion metrics: application volume, application quality, interview-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance rates o Ensure all campaigns align with hiring priorities while maintaining consistency with Amazon's employer brand narrative Ad-Hoc Request Management & Capacity Planning:
Serve as the single point of entry for all TA-requested marketing support for urgent, strategic, or time-sensitive opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with regional talent marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across geographies o Work with agency partners across creative services, performance marketing, and journey orchestration to deliver integrated campaigns o Coordinate with TA teams on recruiter enablement, ensuring marketing resources support effective candidate engagement Financial & Project Management:

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Experience communicating results to senior leadership Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
