Join Our Team as a Recruiter at DC Burger Inc.! Are you passionate about finding the right talent for a thriving restaurant environment? DC Burger Inc. is on the lookout for a motivated Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across our beloved brands, including Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, DC Burger, and Round Table Pizza! In this exciting in-office role, you'll be based in Arlington, VA (we're relocating from Centreville) and will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both corporate and restaurant management positions.

What You'll Do:

Support Our Brands:

Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple brands and locations, helping us find the best talent to join our growing family.

Source Top Talent:

Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find and attract amazing candidates.

Initial Candidate Outreach:

Screen resumes and conduct outreach to potential candidates, setting the stage for successful interviews.

Coordinate Interviews:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Keep Listings Fresh:

Help manage job postings and keep our listings updated so that we attract the best talent out there!

Manage Candidate Communication:

Support candidate communication throughout the hiring process to provide a seamless experience.

Facilitate Onboarding:

Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding steps to welcome new hires into our team.

Stay Organized:

Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and hiring activity to ensure we're always on top of our game!

Who You Are:

You have 1-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. You're familiar with sourcing and screening candidates, whether for corporate or restaurant roles (hospitality background preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills are your superpowers! You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple roles simultaneously. You know your way around LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms. Experience with Workstream? That's a bonus!
