At Apogee Research we work hard, we get things done, and we do it together. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Business Operations team. This role will report to the Recruiting Manager and will partner directly with our executive team to close top-tier talent. The Recruiter will assist identifying and attracting top talent across the company, in both technical and non-technical roles. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for more autonomy and ready to take on a high-impact role as the next step in their career. The responsibilities and seniority of the position can be scoped to meet the capabilities of the right candidate. The position is based out of our Arlington, VA office (full-time in person) .
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Apogee's end-to-end recruiting cycle for simultaneous and complex searches including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations Manage written and verbal communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview process and ensure process is moving at a proper cadence Maintain ATS data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency, influence hiring decisions, and identify future hiring needs Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team and cross-functional internal teams as well as incoming candidates Requirements for
Position:
3-5 years of relevant experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention-to-detail, superb organization, and proven track record of meeting deadlines Multi-tasker with the ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously Skilled at developing a network of sharp, capable candidates
