Job Description One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring multiple Sourcing Recruiters to support a Centralized Sourcing team. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA Responsibilities Proactively source candidates for site operations leadership roles Execute passive sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean searches Identify and engage talent through external channels and professional networks Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to align on sourcing priorities Provide market insights and talent availability feedback to the recruiting team Maintain accurate sourcing activity documentation and candidate tracking Essential Skills 3+ years of sourcing experience. Strong passive sourcing abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Proficiency in recruiting and technical recruiting. Experience with sourcing and Booleans. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5-8 years of experience in the recruiting field or a related area. Strong detail orientation and hiring skills. Ability to work effectively in a technical sourcing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
