The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring for warehouse positions, and possess the flexibility to accommodate weekend work.

Key Responsibilities High-Volume Recruiting :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Candidate Sourcing :

Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events, to attract top talent.

Pipeline Management :

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely staffing of positions.

Compliance :

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Weekend Flexibility :

Be available to work weekends as needed to accommodate hiring events or urgent recruitment needs.

Qualifications Experience :

Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Flexibility :

Availability to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed based on business demands.

Skills :

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Language:

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus #CORP-1
