Schedule Monday - Friday | 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM Occasional evening hours for chamber, networking, and community events About the Role As a Recruiter with Express Employment Professionals, you'll play a key role in matching qualified candidates with outstanding employers throughout our region. Every day brings new opportunities to recruit, interview, network, and help people take the next step in their careers. This is a dynamic, people-focused position that requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a sense of urgency. No two days are the same, and success comes from staying organized, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both job seekers and client companies. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners Source candidates through online platforms, social media, referrals, and networking Match qualified talent with client hiring needs Conduct reference checks and employment verifications Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity Represent Express at networking events, job fairs, and community functions Provide an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates What Success Looks Like ✔ Positive attitude and high level of energy ✔ Strong work ethic and competitive drive ✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ✔ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ✔ Confidence using technology, social media, and recruiting platforms ✔ Strong time management and organizational skills ✔ Passion for helping people achieve their goals ✔ Commitment to community involvement and relationship-building Qualifications Outgoing, professional personality with a customer-service mindset Highly motivated and goal-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to excellence and consistent performance Why Express?
