Job Description

OVERVIEW
The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients throughout the state of Virginia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals. Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs within the state, up to 50% of the time, paid for by company. Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions. Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers. Extend offers of employment to selected candidates. Work cooperatively with all members of the team. Complete special projects as needed. Regular, in-person attendance is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experienced and confident speaking in groups and meeting new people. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
