Talent Acquisition/Recruiter

Overview:

We are currently hiring an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for a long term contract in Newport News, VA. The ideal candidate would have experience working in either a staffing or full-cycle recruitment environment. Additionally, the representative should have experience with reviewing and determining candidate qualifications, salary negotiations, interview scheduling and coordination as well as interfacing with business stakeholders.

Description:

+ Process Full Cycle Salaried Job Requisitions. + Interview and Pre-Screen candidates. + Prepare and release offers and provide customer support to the business. + Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. + Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company. + May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.

Qualifications:

+ US Citizenship. + BS Degree. + 3 years of relevant experience. + Experience managing a high volume of requisitions.

Pay Rate:

$30-$40/hr based on experience. + Benefits offered. + Fully onsite. + Work schedule: 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday. + 1 step interview process. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
