Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sr. TS) is responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting to support departmental and organizational initiatives. This role aims to ensure "best-in-class" candidate selection in an efficient and effective manner. Sr. TS collaborates with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs, sources passive talent, negotiates complex offers, and develops strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions. Reports to department leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the full recruiting process including internal transfers and external staffing, comprehensive client and candidate management, sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, offers, process management and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Mentors and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, including training new talent acquisition staff and serves as resource on talent acquisition processes and practices. Delivers a high-touch, consultative, and transparent candidate experience to promote the company's employer brand. Oversees the Talent Acquisitions group Chat. Serves as the team lead on hiring events. Provides expert-level support to users for Applicant Tracking System usage and reporting. Networks with outside agencies, schools, and programs to identify opportunities for talent pipelines. Manages relationship with headhunters including sourcing potential vendors, contract negotiations, and project management for hard-to-fill roles. Works with the Human Resources team to identify potential process, policy, and program improvements; provides suggestions and drafts to department leadership for review and implementation. Monitor recruitment metrics to refine sourcing strategies and provide data-driven insights to leadership. Partners with hiring manager and Human Resources to determine ideal candidate profile, external campaign strategy, candidate selection, offers, onboarding, retention, and career pathing initiatives. Liaises with Human Resources to provide feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and outside agencies regarding retention and career pathing initiatives. Develops and maintains a consistent applicant pipeline aligning with organizational branding when participating in job fairs and hiring events; maintains relationships with schools, trade organizations, and other networking opportunities. Completes full-life cycle hiring practices utilizing all internal resources to maintain compliance, including vast usage of HealthCare Source (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications. Utilizes federal and state employment law knowledge and practices along with organizational policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Nursing, Human Resources or related field required. Will consider previous extensive recruiting experience in lieu of education requirement. At least five (5) years in talent acquisition/recruiting experience required. Preferred Education and Experience Work experience in healthcare setting preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a broad range of technical and professional positions, including job descriptions analysis to identify candidate pool. Strong understanding of employment law relating to talent acquisition. Excellent interviewing, oral, and written presentation skills along with critical thinking abilities for a systematic approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced and quickly changing environment where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm. Outstanding customer service skills with ability to develop and foster relationships with all levels of stakeholders, including management. Must possess excellent communication skills amongst all levels of colleagues and customers; internal and external. Excellent ability to quickly learn systems, emerging technology, and offer strong analysis and recommendations. Strong proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems (Healthcare Source preferred). Proven ability to establish priorities independently, multi-task efficiently, demonstrate sound judgment, and handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Excellent knowledge of HR/Employment law, practices, and procedures. Must be able to work outside of normal business hours (nights and weekends), as needed. Position typically requires local / regional travel (less than 10%).
