We are currently seeking a full-time IT Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. The IT Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies, delivering a strong candidate experience, and driving hiring efforts from initial outreach through offer and onboarding. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit Coordinate and manage the interview process from scheduling through feedback Guide candidates and hiring teams through the selection and offer process Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage Maintain accurate and organized recruiting data and documentation Strong relationship-building and communication skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably in IT or technical roles Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT recruiting , with a focus on roles such as Full-Stack Developers, Software Architects, Systems Engineers, IT Directors, System Administrators, Desktop Support, and Service Desk professionals Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, GitHub, and other niche channels Strong problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and corporate stakeholders Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
