This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others find the right opportunity. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required — personality, communication skills, and consistency matter most. Ideally an Extrovert who loves networking. Position Details Part-time or potential to be Full time position Starting at approximately 30 hours per week up to 40 for the right person Opportunity for additional hours and growth as the team expands Flexible scheduling options may be available Pay starts at $15/hour plus bonuses for agents who successfully complete onboarding Responsibilities Reach out to potential candidates through text, phone calls, notecards, and follow-up conversations Use company systems and recruiting platforms to track and communicate with prospects Schedule appointments and interviews for leadership Build relationships and create excitement about joining Crush Real Estate Group Follow up consistently with agent leads and recruiting opportunities Help maintain a positive and professional recruiting experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable making outbound calls and sending texts Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and self-motivated Ability to learn and use in-house systems and technology Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, or real estate experience is helpful but not required Why Join Crush Real Estate Group?
