Recruiter at ADECCO in S BURLINGTON, Vermont, United States Job Description Recruiter - Make an Impact Every Day Join us as a Recruiter and play a key role in connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities. In this role, you'll partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional service to both associates and customers. What You'll Do Source, screen, and match top talent for temporary, temp‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire roles Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates Coach candidates on resumes, interviews, and job readiness Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver talent solutions Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline and redeploy associates Conduct behavioral interviews and evaluate skillsfit Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences Act as a team lead and SME on recruiting tools when needed Ensure compliance, support associate engagement, and resolve issues promptly What You Bring 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities with deadlines Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach Proficiency with ATS systems & Microsoft Office Knowledge of recruiting trends and employment regulations Why Join Us You'll be part of a global team committed to creating better futures for people at work.
