Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a dynamic, Bilingual Spanish-speaking Recruiter to lead our full-cycle talent acquisition.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between diverse talent pools and client needs by engaging, screening, and placing top-tier candidates in both English and Spanish. COMPENSATION and

$50,000- $60,000 per year (based on experience and location)

WORK LOCATION
Seattle Shift Schedule:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from strategic sourcing and initial outreach to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Conduct behavioral interviews in both English and Spanish to assess technical skills, cultural alignment, and language proficiency.
- Proactively build a pipeline of "ready-to-work" talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and grassroots community networking. ...
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights on candidate availability and salary trends.
- Represent Spherion at local job fairs, university events, and virtual career expos.
- Maintain meticulous records within the ATS, ensuring all candidate activity is documented and compliant with local labor laws.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience writing engaging, inclusive job advertisements
- Experience using social media for recruitment branding
Education:
Bachelors Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required)
- Proven work history with a record of reliability, professionalism, and results
- Minimum 1???2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
