You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities:
Support hiring managers and recruiters across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements, learn how to define candidate profiles, and help calibrate talent needs. Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top-tier technical talent for critical roles under the guidance of experienced team members. Learn to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities. Participate in refining our sourcing processes and tools to help boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall effectiveness of our hiring funnel. Support various talent acquisition projects, such as organizing virtual hiring events, gathering data for market intelligence reports, and assisting with diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in learning how to craft compelling outreach. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High motivation to learn about technical and non-technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time work period during 2026 Summer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruiting. Familiarity with or a strong interest in learning sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, or technical forums. An interest in the tech industry, specifically regarding roles in Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science.
