In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for community leadership positions, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate closely with community leaders to strengthen hiring outcomes and support workforce stability. What You'll Do Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Lead full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across assigned communities. Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, direct outreach, and networking. Build and maintain pipelines for leadership and hard-to-fill roles. Identify new sourcing strategies to increase applicant flow and expand reach. Develop a strong understanding of each community, its roles, and the local labor market. Strategic Community Partnership Serve as a strategic recruiting partner aligned with community staffing needs and operational goals. Collaborate with Executive Directors, Business Office Directors, and Department Heads to assess hiring needs. Support workforce stabilization by helping reduce overtime and agency reliance. Train hiring leaders on interviewing, selection, ATS use, and recruiting best practices. Participate in regular meetings to review hiring needs, pipeline status, and staffing challenges. Recruiting Operations & Process Excellence Follow established recruiting processes and recommend improvements. Apply screening and selection criteria to evaluate candidates and assess organizational fit. Maintain accurate, timely data in the ATS and other recruiting tools. Ensure consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. External Partnerships & Outreach Provide guidance on external recruiting opportunities and outreach strategies. Share referral networks and connections to support ongoing hiring needs. Communicate career fairs, hiring events, and outreach activities to community leaders. Highlight partnerships with schools, training programs, and externship pipelines. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in healthcare or senior living recruiting preferred. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Sound judgment with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
