At PRN Home Health and Therapy, we believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We provide skilled nursing and therapy services across Central East Wisconsin, and we're looking for a full-time Corporate Recruiter to help us find and hire the compassionate, talented professionals who make our mission possible. This Position in 100% in our Appleton Wisconsin office.

Job Duties include:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies Source and engage candidates for clinical and administrative roles Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners Represent PRN at job fairs and networking events Manage job postings and social media presence Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
