We're expanding our onsite Human Resources team and are looking for a personable, forward thinking, curious, and upbeat human who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to help people see the world more clearly. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles (production, skilled trades, administrative, and leadership) Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities Learn and understand each role within the lab to better match candidates to department needs Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines (job boards, referrals, community outreach, etc.) Review resumes, phone screen candidates and coordinate the interview process Ensure a timely and efficient hiring process, with a focus on staffing the right people in the right seats the first time Maintain positive rapport and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Extend offers and support pre-employment processes Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, offer acceptance rate) Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies What Makes You a Great Fit Comfortable utilizing a variety of communication platforms including instant messaging, phone calls, and in-person Sense of urgency and responsiveness Strong follow-through and attention to detail Relationship-driven and approachable Problem-solving and adaptability "Seeker of Better" mentality What Success Looks Like Roles are filled quickly with qualified candidates Hiring managers feel supported and informed Candidates have a positive, professional and bespoke experience New hires are engaged and retained beyond the first 90 days Work Environment Combination of office and manufacturing floor exposure Regular interaction with production leaders and team members Supports multiple shifts as well as off-shift hiring needs How to Stand Out Have prior recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments or equivalent education Prior experience hiring for hourly and/or skilled labor roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles at once Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
