Based on Experience Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, technical, and leadership roles. This position plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting continued organizational growth in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully onsite at their Beloit, WI location and reports to the Director of Human Resources. Senior Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing, technical, and leadership positions
• Develop sourcing strategies using social media, research, cold calling and talent mapping
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills and culture fit
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires
• Manage

ATS/HRIS

systems and ensure compliance with employment laws

• Attend job fairs and recruiting events, and assist with employer branding
• Assist with compensation research, job description development, and recruiting process improvements
• Assist with succession planning, employee orientation, and training & development initiatives to support talent retention Requirements for

Senior Recruiter:

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing, technical and executive roles
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Experience with job description development and compensation surveys
