Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR leadership. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
