$25.00•$32.00 / hour depending on experience About the Role Our client is a dynamic company that fabricates large-scale scenery and props for theme parks and entertainment venues. They are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a temporary engagement to support an active hiring push. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional looking for meaningful project-based work in a unique, creative production environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle•from job posting and sourcing through offer and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring timelines Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles (skilled trades, fabricators, laborers, and more) Track applicants and maintain accurate records in the ATS Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens), and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience Requirements 2-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, trades, or production environment Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and ATS platforms Strong interpersonal and communication skills•comfortable talking to everyone from shop floor candidates to department managers Able to hit the ground running and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously Experience recruiting for skilled trades, general labor, or technical roles a strong plus Work Environment Hands-on, collaborative role at a unique and creative production facility. Expect a mix of desk work and floor-level engagement with hiring managers and new hires. Assignment Details This is a temporary placement with a defined end date No temp-to-perm conversion is anticipated Duration and hourly rate to be confirmed upon placement
