Sun Prairie, WI Pay:
$24-$28/hr
Start:
ASAP Looking for a recruiter who can jump in quickly and handle a steady flow of skilled trades and technical hiring. What you'll be doing (day-to-day): Own recruiting for hard-to-fill roles: CNC Techs, Industrial Maintenance, Tool & Die, Engineer and supervisor-level positions Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and move roles quickly Source, screen, and manage candidates through the interview process Keep pipelines full for multiple openings at once (mostly direct hire roles) Support onboarding as needed (about 10% of the role) What the team is like: Fast-paced, no hand-holding environment Hiring is a priority, so you'll have visibility and urgency behind your work Flexible work location—downtown Madison or Sun Prairie What you need to be considered (must-haves): Prior recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, skilled trades, or technical roles Ability to fill higher-skill roles (not entry-level/high-volume only) Comfortable managing multiple reqs at once and working independently Strong sourcing and screening skills—you know how to find niche talent Available to start immediately or on very short notice Nice to have: Experience recruiting for CNC, maintenance, or tool & die roles Background supporting direct hire placements If you're a hands-on recruiter who can hit the ground running and handle technical roles without a learning curve, this is a straightforward, get-in-and-execute type of contract.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
