Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part-Time Staffing Recruiter to join our team. You will play a vital part in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding qualified candidates across various departments. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a talented workforce that supports organizational growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and experience with a variety of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems. • Full Time & Commission Potential • Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate pools through social media management, job boards, and networking channels. Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, including interviewing candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Zenople track applicant progress and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing plans. Engage in employer branding initiatives and participate in campus recruitment events to attract emerging talent. Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies related to HR sourcing and hiring practices. Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication Assist in onboarding processes including employee orientation, contract management, and employee evaluation procedures. Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices. Skills Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Proficiency in social media management for talent sourcing purposes. Ability to conduct effective interviewing techniques and research candidate backgrounds thoroughly. Demonstrated skills in cold calling, lead generation, succession planning, and training & development initiatives. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in employee records management and contracts. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
