Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager About the Opportunity VIBE Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf of a growing organization. This leadership role is responsible for managing and developing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while overseeing full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple markets. The successful candidate will be a proven recruiting leader with a strong ability to identify high-quality talent, develop recruiting strategies, improve hiring processes, and drive recruiting performance. This position requires someone who can balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on recruiting execution when necessary. Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. Establish recruiting goals, performance expectations, and accountability standards. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training initiatives. Foster a culture of urgency, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Talent Acquisition Oversee full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple regions and business functions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and passive candidate outreach. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Assist with sourcing and recruiting for high-priority and difficult-to-fill positions. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Workforce Planning & Hiring Support Partner with leadership teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Support hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process. Assist with offer negotiations and hiring decisions. Monitor recruiting trends and recommend improvements to hiring strategies and processes. Onboarding & Retention Oversee onboarding activities and support new hire integration. Conduct follow-up communication with newly hired employees. Partner with leadership to improve employee retention and hiring success. Reporting & Performance Metrics Monitor and report on recruiting performance metrics. Track hiring activity, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and retention indicators. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience. Minimum 2 years of experience leading and developing a recruiting team. Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Experience utilizing Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and similar recruiting platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
