Job Description:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or Director-level role, managing a talent acquisition team. Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing recruitment across multiple business units, brands, or subsidiaries simultaneously. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing employer branding strategies across diverse organizations. Strong strategic thinking ability, with a demonstrated capacity to align business growth objectives with effective recruiting strategies. Advanced expertise in modern sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and passive candidate engagement techniques. Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise C-suite executives and senior leadership on talent strategies and market trends. Demonstrated experience managing external search firms and staffing agencies, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation. Strong analytical capabilities with experience in recruiting metrics, reporting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or similar platforms. Skilled in negotiation, particularly in managing offer structures and executive-level compensation discussions. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams, cultures, and stakeholder groups. In-depth understanding of employment laws related to recruiting, including EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and FCRA compliance. Preferred Qualifications Experience within financial services, banking, or credit unions; familiarity with regulated environments is advantageous. Experience recruiting licensed financial professionals (e.g., Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66), with knowledge of FINRA regulations and licensing processes. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. Recruiter Certification.
