Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition for our Culver City team. In this full-time, in-person leadership role, you will oversee and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent across our in-home and clinic-based programs. This role goes beyond recruiting execution. You will build and lead a high-performing recruiting function, partner closely with organizational leadership, and ensure we are positioned to scale effectively while maintaining a strong, mission-aligned culture. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within ABA or healthcare-related fields, with a strong understanding of roles such as Behavior Technicians, Behavior Consultants, and BCBAs. You are both strategic and hands-on, highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about developing people and processes. What You'll Do Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across clinical, administrative, and leadership roles Create and manage job postings and hiring timelines Lead onboarding sessions weekly to ensure successful new hire integration Conduct 30 and 60 day check-ins to support employee success and retention Supervise and coach recruiting staff, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance Maintain hiring projections and ensure staffing goals are met efficiently Build partnerships with universities, job boards, and community organizations Represent SNN at job fairs, networking events, and hiring initiatives Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies What Success Looks Like in This Role You lead a recruiting team that consistently meets or exceeds hiring targets Hiring managers rely on you as a trusted strategic partner Positions are filled with high-quality candidates who stay and grow with SNN Recruitment operations are efficient, scalable, and data-informed New hires have a seamless and positive onboarding experience You proactively build talent pipelines that support future growth SNN's employer brand becomes stronger within the communities we serve What We're Looking For Proven experience in recruiting leadership or high-level full-cycle recruiting Experience in ABA, healthcare, or nonprofit recruiting strongly preferred Strong knowledge of roles such as Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and related positions Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to analyze recruiting data and drive continuous improvement High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability Proactive, adaptable, and mission-driven Why Join Us Make a meaningful impact in underserved communities Lead and shape a growing recruiting function Collaborative and mission-driven team environment Professional growth and leadership development opportunities Competitive salary and benefits Apply Today If you are a strategic recruiting leader who is passionate about building teams that make a difference, we encourage you to apply and join SNN.
