Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Researcher to enhance our talent acquisition efforts within the Communications department. We focus on building diverse pipelines and identifying candidates who can elevate the company's ability to entertain the world.

Responsibilities:

Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent. Develop and build talent pipelines in collaboration with recruiters and recruiting researchers. Generate diverse pipelines and identify candidates who can enhance the company's ability to entertain the world. Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.

Required:

10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across various corporate functions. Self-motivated and driven; proactive in seeking solutions and impact. Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.
