This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates to creating systems that consistently bring in top-performing insurance agents. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter and people leader who can build a scalable recruiting engine, develop recruiting processes, manage recruiting performance metrics, and partner with leadership to support company growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a company-wide insurance agent recruitment strategy aligned with growth objectives. Build a predictable recruiting pipeline to support continuous agent expansion. Create recruiting goals, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems. Lead and manage recruiters, coordinators, and recruiting support staff. Establish recruiting standards, processes, and best practices. Insurance Agent Talent Acquisition Own the entire recruiting funnel: Lead generation Candidate sourcing Initial screening Interviews Assessments Licensing process coordination Onboarding handoff Identify and attract high-potential insurance agents through multiple channels: Social media recruiting Referral programs Job platforms Networking Community partnerships Recruiting events Build relationships with candidates and create a strong employer brand.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
