You will blend B2B sales, consultative account management, and full-cycle recruiting to win new logos, expand strategic accounts, and deliver leadership and hard-to-fill clinical talent across nursing, allied health, and administrative functions. Own the revenue engine end to end—prospect with precision, run discovery to uncover pains and budgets, design search strategies, present data-backed solutions, and negotiate win‑win contracts that accelerate time-to-submit, reduce time-to-fill, and improve offer-accept rates. Your disciplined pipeline management, persuasive storytelling, and executive communication will convert complex hiring needs into measurable business value while elevating the client and candidate experience.
