This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is comfortable managing office operations, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and facilitating training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in office management, employee training, and administrative support, with the ability to create a professional and organized experience for both candidates and employees. Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Part-time W2 position Consistent weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM) Professional office environment in Santa Monica Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company
Work Location:
In Person - Santa Monica, CA Responsibilities Conduct in-person interviews with candidates Manage onboarding paperwork and employee documentation Facilitate new hire orientation and training sessions Conduct role-playing exercises and sales training activities Assist employees with setting up and using company-issued iPads and software Maintain employee records and training documentation Assist with payroll processing, timesheet verification, and related administrative tasks Organize and maintain office files, forms, and operational paperwork Ensure office operations run efficiently and professionally Support management with recruiting, training, and administrative projects Qualifications 3-5 years of administrative, office management, HR, recruiting, or training experience required Strong foundation in office administration and office management Previous experience conducting training sessions, onboarding, or employee development preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general office technology Comfortable leading small-group training sessions and role-play activities Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Company Overview Xynergy Power is one of the fastest-growing solar companies in the United States, recognized for our industry-leading 3-30 day installation timelines , transparent communication, and same-day payouts once lender funding is received.
