Job Description

Recruiting Supervisor Our client is seeking a metrics‑driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7-10 high‑volume recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This role drives production, quality, margin discipline, and recruiter development while maintaining strong performance accountability.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of 7-10 recruitersDrive daily/weekly production goals and team KPIs (coverage, fulfillment, margin, losses)Run daily stand‑ups and metric reviewsCoach recruiters on pipeline management, speed‑to‑fill, and quality screeningMonitor losses, margin adherence, and operational accuracyPartner with leadership on staffing forecasts and real‑time coverage strategyBuild scalable, efficient recruiting processes and develop top talentThis role is 100% in office.
