Job Description

We're partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm in search of its next Director of Partner Recruiting . Having worked with the predecessor in this role, we've been asked to assist in identifying the right successor. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity focused on lateral partner recruiting, strategic growth initiatives, and firm expansion efforts nationwide. The person in this role will work closely with firm leadership and will be heavily involved in both strategy and execution. What They're Looking For 10+ years of law firm recruiting experience required Significant experience with lateral partner and group recruiting Experience supporting law firm mergers and strategic growth initiatives Strong command of the lateral market landscape Executive presence and strong relationship management skills Ability to handle highly confidential matters with discretion The Culture This is a collaborative, collegiate environment where people genuinely stay for the long term.
