WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Talent Strategy
  • Design and maintain a TA strategy that supports both high-volume hourly hiring and leadership recruitment — including channel mix, sourcing approach, workforce planning inputs, and long-range hiring capacity. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen ECW's market presence and attract top talent across hourly and professional roles. Own recruitment marketing across social media, job boards, referral programs, AI tools, and community partnerships. Technology & Optimization
  • Own the recruitment tech stack — ATS, pre-screening tools, sourcing automation, and onboarding platforms. Identify, implement, and drive adoption of tools that reduce manual lift, improve pipeline quality, and deliver a better candidate experience. Team Leadership
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of 1-3 recruiters. Build workflows and standards that drive consistency without requiring constant oversight or heroics to sustain. Field Enablement
  • Equip frontline and senior leaders with the tools, training, and process clarity they need to hire well — including interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and talent attraction. Build manager capability so the TA team isn't the bottleneck. Vendor & Partner Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and technology providers to ensure we're getting value and staying competitive in the market. Data & Performance
  • Define and track recruitment KPIs — time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, recruiter productivity — and use data to surface risks, drive decisions, and report results to leadership. Compliance & Inclusion
  • Ensure all hiring practices meet legal standards and reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years in talent acquisition with experience in high-volume, multi-site, or service-oriented industries — hourly hiring at scale is a must Demonstrated ability to recruit across both hourly frontline roles and leadership positions in the same organization Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of recruitment technology including ATS platforms and AI-assisted tools Strong employer branding instincts with a track record in sourcing strategy, recruitment marketing, and training delivery Proven experience building and leading small TA teams with measurable outcomes Data-driven decision maker who uses metrics to continuously improve, not just report Multi-site or franchise industry experience is a plus — we'll invest in the right person
