WHO WE ARE
Exhibit Experience is a fast-growing custom-modular trade show exhibit company building booths and brand experiences for clients across the country and internationally. With operations in Orlando, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Miami, we design, fabricate, install, and dismantle exhibits at the biggest shows in the industry —
ICSC, JCK, NRF, IFPA, NRAS, ACT
Expo, SOF Week, and many more. We are scaling fast and we need someone who can find the right people to grow with us. THE ROLEThis is NOT a desk job. This is not a "post and pray" recruiter role. We are looking for a true talent hunter — someone who walks the trade show floor, watches the best installers and project managers on the job, and pulls them aside to start a conversation. Someone who lives on LinkedIn Recruiter, who knows how to read a Boolean string in their sleep, and who can pick up the phone and sell our company to a passive candidate in 90 seconds. You will be the only internal recruiter at Exhibit Experience. You own the pipeline. You own the hires. You build the bench.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
✓ Walk the show floor. Travel to major trade shows where our industry's best installers, fabricators, designers, and project managers are working — and recruit them on the spot. ✓ Source aggressively on LinkedIn. Run searches, build target lists, send personalized outreach, and turn passive candidates into hires. ✓ Own full-cycle recruiting. From sourcing to offer letter — job postings, screens, interviews, references, offers. ✓ Build talent pipelines for our key roles: installers and I&D crews, project managers, designers, account executives, fabricators, graphics, operations, and accounting. ✓ Travel for the company. Trade shows, regional job fairs, industry associations, vocational schools, and design programs. ✓ Manage all job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — and keep them sharp, fresh, and on-brand. ✓ Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and stay ahead of the growth curve. ✓ Track and report on pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — internal/corporate preferred, not just agency. Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience — you can build a search string, you understand InMail conversion, and you don't rely on inbound. Comfortable with travel and field recruiting — you actually like being on the road and at events. Strong people skills — you can walk up to a stranger on a trade show floor and start a conversation that ends in an interview. Excellent written communication — your outreach gets responses. Highly organized — you can run 15 open reqs at once without dropping the ball. Self-starter mentality — nobody is checking on you. You manage your own pipeline, your own schedule, your own metrics. BONUS POINTS+ Experience in the trade show, events, exhibits, AV, construction, or fabrication industries.+ Existing network of installers, project managers, or designers in the events space.+ Bilingual English/Spanish.+ Experience with ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, Indeed, etc.).+ Background in sales — you understand that recruiting IS sales.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience). Performance bonus per successful hire — high performers earn well into six figures. Full travel reimbursement — flights, hotel, per diem, ground transport. Health benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunity in a fast-scaling company. Direct access to ownership and operations leadership — you'll have a real seat at the table.
