Full-Time Position Overview The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full cycle recruiting efforts across CES Companies, with a primary focus on filling open requisitions while also strengthening and scaling a high performing talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for quickly finding suitable candidates for open requisitions, driving hiring strategy, owning hiring outcomes, filling critical and hard to fill roles, strengthening proactive pipelines, and representing the company at industry events. This individual will operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership while also executing at a high level to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Lead full cycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles across multiple markets and geographic regions within the CES Companies. Personally lead and execute recruiting efforts for critical and hard to fill roles. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for Engineering, PMCM, Construction, CEI, and corporate leadership roles. Drive accountability with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback, interview alignment, and effective decision making. Own and continuously improve hiring processes, time to fill, and candidate quality. Develop and track recruiting metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health. Proven ability to independently source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, including advanced search techniques, personalized outreach, and proactive pipeline development for hard to fill roles. Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, reporting, and data tracking within an ATS. Represent CES at career fairs, networking events, and industry associations. Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and recruiting practices. Perform additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives as assigned to support organizational objectives. Requirements 8+ years of recruiting experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional writing skills Experience in AEC, engineering, or construction is preferred Proven ability to fill complex, hard to fill technical and leadership roles Strong stakeholder management and executive presence Experience building recruiting processes and systems This is an in-person position based in South Florida, requiring regular attendance at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions.
