Job Description

Overview Key Responsibilities Recruiting (the core of the role): You will own our recruiting pipeline end-to-end — sourcing, prospecting, outreach, interviewing, and closing. You will build target lists, run interviews that actually qualify candidates (not just sell them), and bring in agents who fit our culture and our production standards. You will be measured on the quantity and quality of agents you sign. Events & Webinars as
Attraction Funnels:
You will plan, host, and emcee live events, mastermind sessions, lunch-and-learns, and webinars designed to attract agents into our world. These are not generic networking events — they are intentional top-of-funnel engines. You will own the calendar, the topics, the invite strategy, the follow-up, and the conversion of attendees into recruits. Onboarding & Pathway to
Production:
Recruiting an agent is step one. Getting them into production is the win. You will oversee our onboarding process — making sure every new agent has the skillset and a structured pathway from "signed" to "first deal" to "consistent producer." You will work with our mentors and leadership to remove friction, hold new agents accountable, and ensure no one falls through the cracks.
Ongoing Agent Training:
Host weekly training sessions for our team of agents on a host of subjects including social media, SOI, NLP in real estate, negotiating repairs and appraisals, buyer consults, and more. Ideal Candidate Qualities You have recruited before — and you can prove it. This is not a training role. We need someone who already knows how to do this work. If "recruiting" on your resume means posting a job and screening replies, this is not your role. You know how to interview prospects. You can run a structured conversation, ask the questions that surface fit (and red flags), and make a confident hire/no-hire call. You don't talk yourself into bad candidates because the pipeline feels thin. You know how to attract. You understand that great recruiters don't just respond to applicants — they pull people in through events, content, conversations, and reputation. You've built and run attraction funnels before. You are comfortable in front of a room. Hosting events and running webinars is a real part of this job. If public-facing work drains you or scares you, this isn't the right fit. You have mastered the core competencies of real estate and are able to teach them. Being a great agent is one thing, but being a great trainer is another. You will work with our leadership team to design, build and implement our new recruit onboard training as well as our ongoing weekly sessions. You are organized and accountable. Pipelines, follow-ups, onboarding checklists, reporting — none of it can fall apart on your watch. Nice-to-Haves Real estate industry experience is preferred but not necessary if the candidate has a strong background in recruiting or teaching (recruiting agents, working at a brokerage, or holding a real estate license). Experience building or running a CRM-driven recruiting pipeline. Comfort with social media and personal-brand-driven recruiting Public speaking, training, or hosting experience. Real estate brokers license and real estate instructors license. What We Offer A respected local brand with strong market presence A proven platform and infrastructure designed to support agent success Direct collaboration with ownership and leadership Opportunities for professional growth in a high-performing environment Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses The Hardy Team is one of Florida's leading real estate teams recognized for high production, disciplined execution, and a culture focused on professionalism and growth. We are currently ranked #5 in all of Florida within REMAX for closed transactions and you will be integral in getting us to #1. We are seeking a Director of Agent Growth & Performance to help expand our agent team, strengthen our culture, and elevate agent performance as the team continues to grow. This is not a "post-and-pray" recruiter job. You will be the face and the engine of our growth: building the funnel, running the conversations, hosting the events that pull talent toward us, and making sure every agent who signs has a clear, supported pathway to closing deals. The person in this role will have the opportunity to coach in group sessions with Jon Cheplak, the #1 real estate coach of team leaders and recruiters in the industry, as well as have ongoing access to the best coaching and training available. The position will require in-office work 3-4 days per week in Spring Hill, FL. Basic salary with bonus structure based on recruiting and production numbers.
