As a key driver of our growth, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and foster a positive candidate experience. Your leadership will ensure we attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent aligned with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media management tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Lever or iCIMS, and HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on employment & labor law compliance and contracts. Drive campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent through career fairs, partnerships with educational institutions, and targeted outreach programs. Utilize cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies to identify passive candidates for executive recruiting and specialized technical roles. Manage candidate pipelines through research, HR sourcing techniques, and leveraging platforms like Salesforce or UltiPro for effective candidate tracking. Conduct thorough interviews focusing on technical recruiting skills, communication skills, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Oversee employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts to ensure ongoing talent development. Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws while managing contracts, employee relations issues, and internal recruiting initiatives. Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness; continuously improve sourcing channels and recruitment workflows for optimal results. Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles with a focus on recruiting across multiple levels including executive recruiting and campus recruitment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively while maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Hands-on experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo; familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or Kronos is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure lawful hiring practices; experience managing contracts and employee relations is essential. Demonstrated ability in research techniques for lead generation; adept at social media management for recruiting campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate job requirements clearly and build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders. Experience in training & development initiatives related to recruitment best practices; familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling enhances candidate outreach efforts.
