  • About the Role
  • The Team Leader / Market Center Growth Director is responsible for driving agent growth, performance, and culture across both Sioux City and Okoboji. This role serves as the strategic engine of the organization, partnering closely with ownership to scale market share, activate recruiting pipelines, and elevate the productivity of our agent community.
