Job Description

For the Chicago Office of an International Law Firm Responsibilities include: Lead strategy and execution of campus recruiting, including law school relationships, OCI programs, and the summer associate program. Design and coordinate associate development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career progression programs. Partner with leadership on performance management and associate retention strategies. Support lateral recruiting efforts by advising on sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions. Manage onboarding and integration for new associates. Oversee attorney data, compliance tracking, and supervise a junior team member.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree required. 6+ years of experience in a professional services or law firm environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels. Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Salary:
$175k-$190k
