We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in complex organizational design, capacity modeling, and high-volume recruiting optimization. You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for driving rapid, efficient, and compliant hiring across a highly dynamic, multi-regional US and Canadian landscape. In this role, you will be involved in leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs), driving complex sourcing strategies, and optimizing high-volume frontline screening workflows. You will have the opportunity to use your experience in implementing proactive top-of-funnel technology (CRM), maximizing team capacity, and navigating cross-border compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and operational scaling.You Are:

You don't just fill roles; you design the systems and processes needed to sustain complex hiring. You translate organizational goals into scalable workflows, clean data practices, and proactive top-of-funnel campaigns.A Capacity Expert:
You deeply understand how to manage TA bandwidth. You know how to protect recruiters hunting passive leadership talent from the administrative crush of high-volume/casual requisitions.A Consultative Leader:
You serve as a trusted advisor to senior Operations and Sales VPs, challenging assumptions and providing data-driven solutions for complex, aging requisitions.A Continental Expert:
You possess the operational agility to understand market dynamics, employment compliance, and compensation benchmarking across both US and Canadian regional markets.You Bring:
Core Knowledge Industry/Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of North American labor dynamics, including US/Canadian employment law, provincial compliance, and cross-border compensation benchmarking.Process/Methodology:
Proficiency in recruitment capacity modeling and workflow optimization to balance high-volume logistics hiring with specialized executive headhunting.Strategic Alignment:
Ability to align TA resources and technology implementation with highly dynamic, unpredictable business forecasting across the Marketplaces.Functional Expertise Vendor & Contingent Management:
Proven ability to build and manage resilient "shock-absorber" strategies utilizing blended workforces, including internal offshore screening support and external RPO/agency partnerships.Program Leadership:
Expertise in designing and executing critical continental TA programs, including TA Operations, Internal Mobility, and Early Career/Skilled Trades pipelines across Vehicle Logistic Centers (VLCs).You Own:
Continental Team Leadership (30%): Manage, mentor, and elevate a geographically dispersed team of TAPs, ensuring resources are strategically aligned by function and market to maximize output. Capacity & Workflow Optimization (25%): Successfully navigate sudden requisition volume spikes by overseeing our blended workforce model, decoupling high-volume transactional tasks from strategic headhunting. Technology Implementation (15%): Champion the rollout, training, and enforcement of an enterprise CRM and Workday AI features, transforming the team into proactive market-mappers. Reporting & Analytics (15%): Provide predictive aging analytics, Workday reporting, and vendor expense tracking to identify bottlenecks and present data-backed business cases to TA Leadership. Strategic Requisition Management (15%): Exclusively manage highly sensitive, VP-level, or critical strategic leadership positions to maintain deep market insight and hands-on expertise.Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, this role will collaborate with senior-level stakeholders across Marketplaces, Sales, and Operations functions on a weekly basis. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners across the US and Canada. You will manage relationships with external RPO vendors, agency partners, and hiring managers as needed.Where You Work:

5+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with expertise balancing high-volume regional hiring and complex/strategic headhunting. 2+ Years of formal or informal people leadership, mentorship, or team management experience. Expert-level command of ATS platforms (Workday Recruiting preferred) and experience driving the adoption of CRM/AI sourcing technologies. Proven ability to analyze data (Time-to-Fill, aging analytics, capacity math) to drive large-scale process improvements. Working knowledge of both US and Canadian employment compliance. Proven experience managing vendor performance (offshore resources, external staffing agencies) and negotiating 3rd-party support. Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).What We Offer:
